The fabulous Florida Keys, a natural chain of islands linked together by 42 bridges.
There are countless islands unbridged and mostly uninhabited along the way as well,
starting in Key Largo and going much further than Key West.
The upper Keys are referred to by many as the Dive Capitol of the world. We have an actual
live healthy coral reef just minutes from the dock. We also enjoy world-class fishing
and the area offers a large variety of fishing tournaments. We have the Everglades
National Park right out our back door. If you love the outdoors and wildlife, this
is the place for you. At any given time you can see wild dolphins, sea turtles, manatees,
pelicans, both brown & white, osprey, great blue herons, ibis, roseate spoonbills and many
other creatures.
Even though we are only one hour and a half from Miami International airport, the
mainland seems like another world away. Once you find the Keys in your heart, it always
stays with you. Many people have returned year after year on vacation, only to find it
harder to leave each time. That’s when they know they have the “Keys Disease”. After you
catch it, you’ve got it for life.
